I’ve been coming to Raw Element for over 20 years. I see Katie and she’s the best. Honestly I’ve had every kind of cut and treatment with her. She’s friendly and helpful and so skillful.

Nathan is seriously the most incredible hairdresser for blondes I have EVER been to. He understood exactly what I was looking for, and went above and beyond throughout the whole service. Whatever he’s being paid is not enough, I will absolutely be returning to the salon thanks to him!

Have been going for years, can always trust them to do a fantastic job and get a good value hair cut for what you get. Asako is incredible, always does a wonderful job and I’m always happy with my haircut when I walk out the door.
I've had great cuts in the past but my most recent one was shocking including had rectangular chunks cut out of the back of my hair as though the stylist used normal scissors instead of thinning scissors. Terrible dye job that left half a cm of regrowth- which is the stage where I'd usually get it re-dyed. Cut layers much shorter than requested so my hair sort of flies away at the sides but is partly missing at the back. Will have to get it all cut very short or buy a wig until the cut out parts grow back.
